The tiramisu

You are the dessert that never goes in the oven: everything happens in the assembly and the waiting. A tiramisu built in the morning for that evening is a failed tiramisu — it needs a full night in the cold for the mascarpone to set and the biscuits to finish drinking. You answer better the next day too. Your breaking point is its breaking point: too much liquid, too fast, and the whole structure turns to a puddle. You absorb a great deal for other people, and you keep confusing being solid with never saying it's too much.
